CONSTRUCTION QUALITY
The exterior façade is made of expensive finishing materials, such as planed façade boards in three shades of gray, high-quality Caparol plaster.
ENERGY AND INSULATION
The house is excellently insulated and has energy saving class A. Solar panels are installed on the roof of the house. The walls of the house are insulated with a new generation of 140mm PIR insulation.

This house features 2 unique attic apartments on the upper floors with unusual windows and high ceilings
COMFORTABLE AND COZY
Coziness and comfort in the apartments is achieved thanks to high ceilings. The ceiling height of the first and second floors are 2600 mm. The height of the rooms on the third floor is 3500 mm.
FINISHING
Only first-class materials have been used in the interior finishing: natural oak parquet, Italian tiles, Hansgrohe sanitary ware. The price also includes kitchen furniture from Kraus Köögid in the amount of 2000 euros.
CONSTRUCTION COMPONENT
The apartment building is a stone house on a ribbon foundation. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The outer walls are made of COLUMBIA 190 blocks. The inner walls between the apartments are made of COLUMBIA 240. The partitions are made of both gypsum and AEROC blocks
WINDOWS
The wooden windows in the classic English style with triple glazing keep it perfectly warm in winter and cool in summer and also give the house a unique look
SECURITY
Prepared for connection of security system and alarm system. The front door is equipped with a magnetic sensor. Video intercom and a closed yard offer new residents a sense of privacy and security.
HEATING SYSTEM
A high-quality air-to-water heat pump has been installed to heat the apartments. The room temperature is set in each room using separate sensors. The apartments are heated by underfloor heating
VENTILATION
The house maintains the right microclimate and ensures the supply of fresh warm air thanks to the supply and exhaust ventilation unit.
